Who is VIP?

My name is Véronique Ionita, and I love painting.

Since my arrival in Portugal, I have devoted myself to acrylic painting and devoted myself entirely to it. My passion has become my art of living.

Painting is my refuge, my means of expression.

I decided to share my creations with the world by putting them for sale on the Internet. Each painting I create has a story to tell, and I am delighted to see my works find their way into the homes of art lovers.

My first stroke of the “knife” was very basic but decisive because it revealed me, like a catalyst. I like detail, precision and my paintings express it in their own way.

I am constantly looking for new styles. And I have the feeling that nothing is stopping me! I like to paint, I paint with my heart.

My creativity continues to evolve!

My artistic approach is multidimensional combining both figurative and abstract elements. Indeed, and as a self-taught artist, I express myself through a hybrid artistic language, exploring the border between the figurative and the abstract. My artistic work is a fusion of these two worlds, where I mix recognizable elements of the figurative with abstract elements to create a new visual reality. I draw on my own experiences, my emotions and my interpretations of the world to create works that challenge traditional artistic conventions. My goal is to communicate my own vision and stir emotion in viewers by creating a space where form and color meet to tell complex and nuanced stories.

I use acrylic paint, with a knife in particular, and I give free rein to my desires and my intuition of the moment.

Each artist is unique, just like each of my paintings and their imprint is magical. My ultimate dream would be to make you vibrate with your own emotions through my works, to transmit my own magic, and to make my passion an art of living!
