Getting started with online returns is easy
1. Enter your email address and verification code to log in.
2. Go to your order history, select the order and items you want to return or exchange, and follow the instructions, just 4 steps complete the return request.
3. Once your request is approved, you will receive email updates with shipping instructions.
What items can be returned? (eligible for returns)
- 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchasing your item to request a return.
- Undamaged, resalable items, or defective items.
- In the original packaging with all tags intact.
- You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility.
Exceptions on non-refundable items include:
- Gift cards.
- Discounted or promotional items (if applicable).
- Custom-made paintings, at the customer's request.
Damage, loss or theft issues:
- If you have opted for worry-free delivery, you will be compensated via my Parcel Panel provider.
- If you have not chosen worry-free delivery, and the product purchased and received is broken.
